Sales Support

We have a requirement for a Sales Support to join our Team.

As International Sales Support you will work with Management, Support, Product Manager, and Technical Support and Implementation. This includes managing the process from signed customer agreement to hand-over the customer to the implementation team for service implementation and finance for invoicing. Process up and downgrades, suspensions, and de-activations.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Process customer agreements and service orders generated by sales
  • Make sure Service Orders are being implemented by coordinating with the technical implementation team and for some services activate these services in available portals.
  • Set up customers in the billing system and coordinate with finance that new customers and service orders are being invoiced
  • In some cases prepare agreements and service orders by filling out details in CRM to generate agreements and service orders
  • Process service up/downgrades, suspensions, and de-activations
  • Perform sanction checks (online tool)
  • Providing support to Account Managers in pre-and after-sales
  • Filing customer and supplier contracts in the virtual data room
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Assist with billing queries and follow-up on outstanding invoices

Required Skills and Experience:

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a Sales Support role or similar
  • Excellent English language skills both oral and written.
  • Team player with good communication skills and customer-focused orientation.
  • Ability to pay strong attention to detail
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Castor uses Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
